Periodic Clinics for beginners and intermediate players will also be available.  IBA has 6 Pickleball courts.  Daily Drop in for non-members is $10.

The IBA Beginner Pickleball Clinic is for players new to this fun sport! Instructor Steve Farley will teach you all of the basic shots including dinks, ground strokes, serves, volleys, lobs, etc. You’ll learn the rules of the game, how to keep score and basic playing strategy. By the end of this 90 minute clinic you’ll be playing in a real pickleball game!  Participants should bring a water bottle. If you have a paddle, bring it with you, otherwise paddles will be provided.


About the IBA Facility

The Indiana Basketball Academy has been in business since 1996 growing and developing youth basketball players.  Our facility has two full basketball courts and an additional training court space.  Snacks and Drinks are sold in our lobby, our water fountain is currently closed.  Restrooms include a men's locker room area, as well as men and women's showers.  The Indiana Basketball Academy is located at 3800 Bauer Drive W Carmel, IN 46280. 

COVID-19 Precautions + Policies

Due to the nature of our primary business, our facility is cleaned and disinfected routinely.  All programs are designed to keep low attendance to promote social distancing.   

  • Patrons are asked to wear facial masks whenever not engaged in a competition. 

  • Staff is required to wear masks at all times. 

  • Hand Sanitizing stations are placed throughout the facility. 

  • Players should bring their own paddles, but equipment will be available. 

  • Players with any symptoms related to COVID-19 or who have been in recent contact with someone that has tested positive are not allowed to be in attendance until they have properly quarantined or have received a negative test result.
